These terms govern your use of valentinebridal.com and your purchases from Valentine Bridal of Tulsa, Oklahoma. By using the site, booking an appointment, or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Consultations are scheduled through our appointments page. Saturday appointments are available by phone only. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can so the time can be offered to another bride.
A consultation deposit, where purchased, reserves dedicated studio time with our team. Deposits are applied toward your commission when a project begins.
Custom couture gowns are commissioned works, made one at a time to your measurements and design. The details of each commission, including design, fittings, timeline, and payment schedule, are agreed in a separate written commission agreement at the studio. Because each gown is made for you alone, commissions are not cancellable once cutting begins, except as stated in your agreement.
Alteration work is accepted and priced after we see the garment. Alterations are performed with couture care, and completed alteration work is final.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is collected at checkout by Stripe, our payment processor. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or was listed with a clear error. Returns of eligible items are described in our Returns and Exchanges policy.
You may create an account to view your orders and appointments. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. We may suspend an account used in a way that harms the site or other customers.
Everything on this site, including photographs, illustrations, the gown sketch atelier, text, and marks, belongs to Valentine Bridal or its licensors. You are welcome to share sketches you compose for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of our content requires our written permission.
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valentine Bridal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim related to an online purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the date above updated. Commission agreements are governed by their own signed terms.
