Accessories bought online may be returned within 14 days if unworn. Custom gowns, consultation deposits, and alterations are made or reserved just for you, so they are final. If anything arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
Each gown is a commissioned work, cut and sewn to your measurements. Commissions cannot be returned or exchanged. Cancellation terms, including what happens to payments already made, are set out in your written commission agreement.
A consultation deposit reserves dedicated studio time and is applied toward your commission when a project begins. Deposits are non-refundable, though we are glad to reschedule your consultation with reasonable notice.
Alteration work is fitted to you and confirmed at your fitting. Completed alteration work is final. If something does not feel right at pickup, tell us before you leave the studio and we will adjust it.
If an online order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.
