You will receive a tracking email once your package ships. If you need help sooner, email contact@valentinebridal.com with your order number. Please allow one business day after purchase for the shipping label to be created and handed to the carrier.
Once your shipping label is active, the carrier tracking page shows the current ETA. If your wedding is within two weeks, please mention your wedding date when you write so we can prioritize guidance.
If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually update the address when you email contact@valentinebridal.com with your order number and the new address. If it has already shipped, check with the carrier about a redirect, or we can talk through a return and reship when that is possible.
Accessories purchased online may be returned within 14 days if they are unworn and in original packaging. Custom gowns, consultation deposits, and completed alterations are final. For damaged or incorrect online orders, we will make it right.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@valentinebridal.com with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.
Refunds go back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Inspection usually finishes within five business days. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to post the credit.
If your order has not shipped, email contact@valentinebridal.com and we can usually cancel and refund it. If it has already shipped, use the returns path when the item is eligible.

Standard alterations turnaround is eight weeks, with rush options available. We recommend starting 12 to 14 weeks before your wedding when you can. Bring the shoes you plan to wear with the gown to your fitting.
Every gown is unique, so final pricing depends on the dress and the scope of work. Basic alterations (no beadwork or lace): $600 to $800. Intricate beadwork or lace alterations: $800 to $1,200+. We confirm pricing after seeing your gown.
Custom wedding gowns start at $7,500. Non-bridal custom gowns begin at $4,500. Full custom wedding gowns typically need 8 to 10 months. Book a consultation to talk through your timeline.
Consultation deposits are non-refundable. We are glad to reschedule with reasonable notice.
