Valentine Bridal is Sonni Jackson’s appointment-only atelier on Sheridan Road: a private Tulsa studio for custom made-to-measure wedding gowns and expert alterations on a gown you already have.

How Valentine differs from a sample-rack bridal shop
Many Tulsa bridal shops help brides find a sample on a rack. Valentine Bridal is built for a different job.
You meet the designer in a private appointment. There is no sales-floor browse and no rotating inventory wall. Custom gowns are drafted and fitted for your body. Alterations are handled in-house with the same attention to silhouette, fabric, and finish we bring to a commission. If you need a multi-brand sample room tomorrow, keep shopping those boutiques. If you want atelier care, you are in the right place.
What a custom path looks like
A custom consultation starts with your vision: silhouette, neckline, train, fabric, and how you want to feel when you move. Sketches refine until the drawing feels like you. We choose fabrics together, then shape them through fittings so the gown drapes and feels secure. Hand finishing comes last, before a final try-on. Full custom typically needs 8 to 10 months, so we recommend beginning early enough for fittings and finishing. Details live on our custom page.
What an alterations path looks like
An alterations visit starts with the gown on your body, in the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear when you have them. We look at construction and fit together, talk through hem, bustle, bodice, closures, and any details the fabric and timeline allow, then give you an estimate before work begins. Standard turnaround is eight weeks. Heavily beaded or structured gowns may need more time, and we will say so when we quote the work. Details live on our alterations page.
Who this is for (and who it is not)
For: Tulsa and Oklahoma metro brides, destination brides willing to travel for fittings, brides who already bought a gown and need the fit finished properly, and brides who want a gown designed and made for them. Fuller-figure and plus-size brides are welcome: custom and alterations are fitted to the bride in front of us. We do not carry rack inventory in size runs, so we will not claim a wall of plus-size samples.
Not for: Same-day rack shopping, walk-in hem counters, or a browse-without-booking visit. Visits are by appointment only.
What to expect at a visit
Appointments are private and focused. Plan for a conversation rather than a walk-in browse. The studio is at 8988-F South Sheridan Road, Tulsa, OK 74133, in the Chimney Pointe center near 91st and Sheridan.
For alterations, bring your gown, the shoes you plan to wear (needed for a correct hem), and the undergarments you plan to wear under the dress when you have them. For a custom consultation, bring inspiration, questions, and the people who help you decide.

About Sonni and the atelier
Sonni Jackson founded the house in November 2013 (originally Bridal Couture by Sonni) after designing her own wedding gown. Trained at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, she leads design and fittings in the Tulsa atelier. The studio was renamed Valentine Bridal after the birth of her daughter Valentine.
